I have been using Iris for about a week and really enjoy it. My eyes are much more relaxed on the Health preset and they no longer burn after a few hours of writing or surfing the net as they used to. I love the Programming preset for reversing my screen colors so I can have light text on a black background for a while, and the Reading preset is great for removing the flicker and calming down my screen to grayscale.
